The ambience felt really cosy and the service was friendly. Booked a room on 4th level. The staff were amazingly nice and were always there to help. The location for Lisbon was marvellous, next to calling ahead at places, bars and restaurants, and a centralized avenue which was a short scenic 20min walk to Baixa and the regional train station to Sintra.

Extraordinary attractive room, a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe were appreciated. The bed was cozy, the breakfast food was great. Everything was wonderful, though a few employees were not polite.

The room was functional and spotless, had smoke detectors for the safety. Extras like central heating, a work desk, and coffee and tea making equipment were appreciated. The location was marvellous, close to a metro station, in the fairly nice area. Lisbon Old Town district was worth visiting.

The venue is fantastic, with local food and excellent location so close to metro stations. A wide range of food available in the café. Friendly service throughout. Early check-in.

Fantastic and fairly clean hotel, good prices, the location is perfect and excellent next to the center of Lisbon, good local neighborhood restaurants that served authentic inexpensive Portugese food and the centre. Make sure to get double room with nice views as well as a comfortable bed. The interior is lovely and design is modern.
